Returns

All pieces are checked over thoroughly before being listed for sale by my strongest critic (me).

In the rare case that your Nicola Claire Ceramics piece has arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect please contact me within a week of the item arriving and include images of the item and packaging at nicolaclaireceramics@gmail.com.

I will do my very best to accommodate you in these situations and want you to be happy with your new handmade treasure, however, please keep in mind that every creation I make is completely hand-made and slight variations are to be expected.

Change of mind returns are not accepted and any minor flaws that do not affect the utility of the piece are considered makers marks and are part of the handmade process (these actually make your item even more unique and special!).
